Very clean and everything in the facility worked good. Ac, shower, etc. Staff was very helpful and understood English very well. It is a good choice!

The location is a little far from trains. A 10 minute walk. Thought it was closer.

Everything was great.

The shower drained very slowly in both of our rooms which were located on two opposite sides of the hallway.

Very clean room. Friendly staff. Nice sea view. I enjoyed breakfast because of warm food (thai, pasta, eggs) and fresh fruit. The choice for continental breakfast is limited, but for me that is not important. I prefer the other food that was available.Location is also good. Close to the Bath Bus, small market (Rompho market) for great food in the evening, beach and boulevard, bars etc.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was ok. Hotel is in a fairly good spot, not far at all from restaurants, bars but maybe a bit far for most to walk.

The hotel has no food or drinks facilities. Mini bar didn't get replenished once in a 5 day stay. Had to request to get my room cleaned. No gym (but i should have picked up on that before booking). Pool was small, oddly shaped and not inviting at all. The whole rooftop area with groups of people bringing their own food and beverage was a few times ugly but that's due to some of the guests.

Room was clean but trace of mold under the shower was not pleasant. Elevator broke down, being a guest on the 8th floor might be troublesome.

We loved the stay. The location and the service was amazing. The front staff so polite and helpful. We especially loved the service from the night security guard. He was so polite and friendly, it actually made our stay.

I stayed on the eighth floor. The deluxe room was cramped and did not look like the pictures. In addition, there was a device on the roof that made noise and prevented us from sleeping. I told them the reason and they offered me a room change. No breakfast ?

Centrally located with rooftop pool, comfortable beds and quiet rooms.

They don’t tell you upfront that you need to leave a cash deposit. When it’s time to check out, someone comes to inspect the room like it’s a crime scene investigation. The lady actually returned with a photo of a mug—claiming a spoon was missing. I explained that I only ever used one mug, and that one already had its spoon. She eventually admitted housekeeping probably forgot to replace it and let me leave. In 25+ years of traveling, I’ve never been interrogated over a teaspoon.Also, when I checked in and wanted to make a tea, I noticed the mug had red lipstick stains on it. Overall, the room didn’t feel really clean. I tried to cut corners this trip by booking a budget hotel, and it backfired. The sink leaked every single day, leaving puddles on the floor whenever I washed my face. Housekeeping was supposed to clean daily, but the maids clearly didn’t want to. They’d always say things like “you don’t need cleaning today, right?!” I only requested cleaning once on my third day, and even then it felt like I was inconveniencing them.Lesson learned: you really do get what you pay for.

I was really pleased to find a laundromat about a hundred meters away. You only had to walk up the paved walkway beside chow Patti Indian restaurant to find a service laundry and laundromat. A wash took 35 minutes and the same for drying. At time of writing this cost was 80 BHT for each procedure. Enjoyed the Sunday roast at the sportsman's Bar. Just a change from the very spicy but super enjoyable Thai food.

Here is the kicker. I would have given the hotel a better rating had it not been for checkout. I was very peremptorily told to wait while someone went up to check my room. My driver had arrived to take me to the airport and she was told also peremptorily, to not take me anywhere. I have not been treated like a criminal who had perhaps stolen a towel or left a mark on the wall or something. To add insult to injury I was so upset I forgot my bag of breakfast goodies. The "lady" in reception did not bring it to the car although there was plenty of time. Dreadful unnerving experience because of one staff member.

The rooms are small and no water is provided. As there are many citrus hotels it is a bit confusing to find the right one. The TV was not working in our room.

The staff were polite and got us checked in and out with ease, the rooms were cleaned by staff on request and the location was within walking distance to the BTS.

If I had to think of anything, some of the furniture could use a little updating but everything worked and did what we needed them to do.
